SUBMISSION FORM & PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Complete and submit the Submission Form before selecting and purchasing your CE course.
- Confirm that all information entered is accurate before submitting the Submission Form. The CEU Academy is not responsible for delays or errors in processing Certificates of Completion due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing information submitted by the licensee.
- Select your course and complete your purchase to download the course material.
- Once your payment is processed, you will receive a download link to download your course material.
- No testing or examinations are required. Read all course material at your own pace.
- After payment has been successfully processed and the required Submission Form has been received, your Certificate of Completion will be emailed to the provided email address on the submission form within 24–48 hours. IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION.
- Once your Certificate of Completion has been emailed, you will receive a complimentary text message at the provided contact number notifying you to check your email inbox. Once you receive you Certificate of Completion, SAVE IT!
The CEU Academy, is an approved Georgia State Board Continuing Education Provider. Licensees are responsible for complying with all CE Broker and license renewal requirements.
